Here the speakers are Caio and Sol, the creators of Unveil Store, the aesthetic metamorphosis between kpop and design, made from fan to fan.

This section is to clarify any doubts or further information you may have regarding our store.

All of our products are fanmade, created with the store's exclusive design, handcrafted, for this reason many of them are limited, as they take time to make.

We generally launch collections of products, which can be purchased pre-sale (always announced on our social media) and later here on the website!

  • Deadlines: photocards and stationery items and/or ready-to-deliver products (buttons, keychains) that are indicated on the website: 5-7 working days from purchase. For t-shirts, this period extends as they are manufactured by a supplier, so the production + shipping period is 15-30 days depending on the product!
  • Payment Methods: All of our payment methods are specific on the website, but we work with: Credit/Debit Card, Pix and Boleto. Payments by Pix and Boleto may take a while to appear as received, as we do this process manually, and receipts need to be sent on our WhatsApp along with the requested product!
  • Shipping + Shipping: Both shipping and delivery times are checked via zip code before purchasing. We have some shipping methods through different means, such as the Post Office and Carriers.
  • Updates + Tracking: After payment is confirmed, updates occur through the system itself. The tracking code is also sent by email and can be checked on the website when ordering! To track in real time, use a tracking application such as "Pacote Vício" and "Muambator".
